Reminder Art Journey Challenge: Round & Round

Artsy Fartsy Friday: week 9: Wine

Opdracht deze week was Wijn. 

The Challenge of this week was Wine:

I first stamped the wine glass, don't know which brand the stamp is from, and then stamped the Art Journey image from the sheet: Modern 1. After that I started painting with acrylic paint, and used pencils and markers to finish things off. I stamped the branch of flowers (Art Journey sheet Crows)  and cut them out. After coloring them I glued them on the paper.

Zomaar eens weer gespeeld met mijn stempels en een collage gemaakt in zwart-wit.

Just playing around with my stamps and made this collage in black&white.

Every Day an Indexcard: June 30

Door de hitte en de vele bestellingen loop ik een beetje uit de pas met de volgorde van de kaartjes.
Deze was ik op 30 juni gestart voor het 12 jarig jubileum van Art Journey, maar heb deze vanmorgen pas af kunnen maken.
Het kaartje met de 12 er op komt van de rommelmarkt waar Jeanette en ik zaterdag heerlijk rondgestruind hebben. De pak kaarten (een soort van Rummikub in kaartvorm) hebben we samen verdeeld en zie hier, de eerste is alweer gebruikt!

As the weather is very hot and I have tons of orders for our Art Journey stamps, I have not been able to show you my cards in the correct order. I started this card on June 30 as a mark for the 12 year anniversary of Art Journey. I just finished it this morning. The card with the 12 my friend Jeanette and I just found at a flee-market last Saturday and the 12 already came in handy.

En hier een overzicht van alle kaartjes tot nu toe (de 50% wit springt er erg uit he?). Erg leuk om te doen, maar of ik het straks na mijn vakantie nog elke dag kan volhouden? Ik ga in ieder geval mijn best doen.

And here all cards up till now (the 50% white is the one that stands out!). It's great fun to sit down each day and make a card. But I don't know if I can keep it up if I am back to work again after this vacation. But I will at least try.

Er was er 1 jarig!/ It was somebody's birthday!

Deze week werd onze eigen Liesbeth 50 jaar en daar moest natuurlijk nog een verjaardagskaartje voor worden gemaakt.

This week Liesbeth, member of our designteam, celebrated her 50th birthday, and ofcourse I made her a card.
